Oak China with Added Mirror Splash
(inventory # DD-111)
This is a top quality oak china cabinet that just appeared
too short without something on the top of it. We added the mirror
splash so that it can be removed easily without changing the china cabinet.
This china is solid oak, no veneer. The carved molding around the
top is detailed with leaves and stippled background. The flat pilasters
on either side of the serpentine glass door are also well detailed.
The original brass latch is the same one that Horner uses on it's pieces.
The low carved feet also have their original metal casters. We used new
mirrors in the back of the china and the original plate glass shelves.
The sides of the china are a "J" bend glass which gives a little more depth
with the curve. Key included.
