54" Oak DuoStyle Table (inventory # DD-280) The "DuoStyle" tables have the desirable double lock system which allows the use to open the table top and insert up to two leaves while keeping the split pedestal based locked together. By unlocking the pedestal, the table can be opened to accept up to 5 leaves total. This solid quartersawn table has no veneer on it. The sturdy base features a platform style base with curled ends on the feet. Four "S" shaped supports offer a decorative and functional design to the pedestal. Each of the two halves have three legs for firm support when opened. The table top features a gorgeous quartersawn grained top (solid) and a unique picture framed carved motif divided by four leaf squares. The table came with three original leaves (only two of them with original skirts). We added two more leaves to fill the table out and skirts. This is a very solid, interesting table with the most desirable functions. Floor to bottom of skirt: 27". Size ................ 30.5"
