"Arts & Crafts" Oak Stand (inventory # FF-8) Lots of style in the corbeled corners holding the top of this stand, the utilitarian iron hinges and hasps, the unique shaped skirt and foot on all four sides. But the interesting part is the pressed and subtly stained design on all four sides of this unique piece. Perhaps it began as a liquor cabinet or smoking stand. The spindle inside bottom probably held a carousel of some kind. What is left at this point is still a functional cupboard based stand with one drawer and cupboard door. Well constructed of solid quartersawn oak. No labels or markings that we could find. Size ................ 28"
