Victorian Cheese Dish

Place a nice hunk of your favorite cheese under this decorative
lid and you allow the cheese to find room temperature while gently wafting
it's pungent odors through the small vent holes. Lift the cover and
you are prepared to serve right from the decorative under plate.
This Victorian collectible features hand painted violets and gold and mauve
leaf designs embellishing the wave style dish and under plate. Inspite
of a small hairline crack at the base of the handle, this piece has
lots of service left in it. Production number is the only marking.
