This is a tough sized stand to find, and it has two drawers - each face is slightly bowed and ribbed as part of the continuous skirt treatment.  Note the hand dovetails on the drawer side.  The cast brass hardware is original and very unique.  The barley twist legs have an extra small strand added and end in a multi-toed foot.  Nice carved accents on the skirt, the corners and sides.  A solid turned and molded stretcher base.  Probably a European design, but the style works well with similar American pieces from the same era.  A plate glass top was added to protect the perfect quartersawn top.
