Sue and Jasper
* Founder of Up the Creek in 1978, with her husband, Dan. When you start a business from the ground up, you learn to do every aspect of it. Currently Web design, bookkeeping, lamp restoration, overseeing the retail store, quality control and being the general "detail" person are the main functions that occupy her time. "Jasper" the Rat Terrier is also a daily consideration. A degree in Art and a good background in drafting have led Sue into the realm of furniture design, as seen in our Classic Creations line where she relies heavily on classic styles for inspiration. |
